Mozivio automatically keeps track of who attended which rehearsal, concert or activity — no separate sync step needed.
On each event in My events — via the website or via the Mozzy app Plus and up, both working exactly the same way — a member picks Going or Declined. That answer can still be changed at any point before the event, and simply counts as "not yet answered" if nothing's chosen.
Did someone make a mistake, or forget to answer even though they showed up? Board and attendance managers can fix this in two places:
Both places show who made the last change and when, so a correction never happens invisibly.
This happens fully automatically: every night, Mozivio saves each invitee's current status for every event from the previous day as a permanent record. There's nothing to click for this — it's exactly what the Attendance Plus and up screen under your board menu shows: pick a date range and optionally an event type (e.g. rehearsals only), and you get a chart and per-member table of going/declined/no answer.
At the top of that same screen is an Export to Excel button, which writes out exactly the current selection (date range and event type) to a spreadsheet — handy for an annual report, or to share figures with someone who doesn't have Backstage access.
Further down that same screen — visible to board managers only — you set what the attendance widget on everyone's own dashboard shows: a date range (with an "always up to today" option that keeps sliding forward on its own) and which event types get counted in it. Each member then sees their own attendance percentage for that period, as a small bar next to their name.
This is deliberately visible to the member themselves: it's a subtle, ongoing nudge to attend more rehearsals — without your board having to remind anyone individually.
