Upgrading
Takes effect immediately. You pay the new plan's price minus a credit for the unused days left on your current plan, and your subscription becomes valid for a fresh full year from the upgrade date.
Downgrading
Self-service via your Account page, effective from your next renewal — your current plan stays fully active until then.
Cancelling
No refunds for time already paid for. You keep full access until your current paid period ends, then it simply doesn't renew.
Mozivio covers the Mollie transaction cost for your own subscription — the price above is everything you pay.
