Yes. Every band runs in a fully separate, isolated environment with its own database — no other band can technically access your data. Every night, a backup is automatically made of both the data and any uploaded files (photos, sheet music).
Absolutely, at any time and on any plan — switching themes is done yourself via Site Settings. Changing domain name (e.g. from a free subdomain to your own domain) can be done with a short request to us.
You can always see your usage on your own Site Settings page, well before you reach the limit. When a limit is reached, only the action that would exceed it is blocked (e.g. adding an extra member) — nothing is ever lost. Upgrading to a bigger plan resolves this instantly.
No — this is always a deliberate, explicit choice and is never added automatically to your order. By default you get a free yourband.mozivio.com subdomain, or you use a domain name you already have. Only if you ask us to register and manage a new domain for you does the €19/year surcharge apply.
You can do this yourself, online: go to Account in your Backstage and click "Cancel" under "From your next renewal" — no need to contact us. Cancelling stops your next renewal; there are no refunds for time already paid for, but you keep full access for the rest of your current paid period.
Yes — Mozzy launches together with Mozivio itself, included at no extra cost on the Plus and Ultra plans (Start doesn't include it). A handful of Ultra-exclusive features are still being built and will roll out after launch.
Upgrading takes effect immediately: you pay the new plan's price minus a credit for the unused days left on your current plan (that credit = remaining days ÷ 365 × what you paid for your current plan), and your subscription becomes valid for a fresh full year from the upgrade date. Downgrading is self-service via your Account page, effective from your next renewal — your current plan stays fully active until then.

Features that let your band collect payments from its own members or supporters (ticket sales, membership fees, sponsor payments) are still in development; we'll share the terms and any fees for those once they're available.
