How to publish a concert program to band members

A quick recipe for the most common request: getting a concert's running order in front of your members as a program they can view and download. For the full picture of what a concert tag is and does, see Concert tags.

1Create a concert tag

Go to Concert tags in the Backstage and add a new one — name it after the concert itself, e.g. "Spring Concert 2026".

2Add your pieces to it

Two ways to do this, use whichever's quicker for the moment:

• From the piece itself — open the piece under Sheet music and tick the concert tag in its Concert tags field.
• From the concert tag's Program screen — open the tag and click Program, then use the add a piece picker to tag several pieces one after another without leaving the screen.

3Set the running order

Still on the Program screen, drag the pieces into the order they'll actually be played. This is what members will see and what the downloadable PDF prints.

4Publish it

Flip Show this concert program to members on that same screen. It immediately appears as a Concert programs card on every member's dashboard, with a PDF they can download — nothing else to save or confirm.
