A concert tag says which concert or program a piece of sheet music is being played at — for example "Spring Concert" or "Festival Concert" — so everyone can filter down to exactly the pieces being rehearsed for that performance.
There's no fixed list to choose from — you name each one yourself, and most bands simply use the concert or event name. A piece can carry several concert tags at once if it's played at more than one.
Manage your concert tags under Concert tags in the Backstage: add a new one, rename one, or delete one you no longer use (this only removes the tag, not the sheet music itself). You can tag pieces either from a piece's own edit screen, or from the concert tag's own Program screen, described below.
Open a concert tag and click Program to see every piece tagged for it. Drag pieces into the order they'll actually be played — that running order is what members see and what the PDF download prints, independent of any other concert tag the same piece also carries. The same screen also has an add a piece picker, so you don't need to leave for Sheet music just to tag one more piece onto the concert.
A concert tag's program is hidden from members by default. Flip Show this concert program to members on its Program screen to publish it — it then appears as a Concert programs card on every member's dashboard, in running order, with a PDF they can download. Clicking the tag itself takes them straight to My sheet music, pre-filtered to that concert's pieces.
