Every member with the Mozzy app gets push notifications for what's relevant to them — a new event, a task they might want to take, a fresh score, or a nudge to answer something they haven't gotten to yet. Nothing here needs any setup on the board's side beyond the everyday act of creating and editing events and tasks.
Only the sheet music category ever fires on its own — the other three only go out when a board member actively chooses to send them, described next.
Saving an event or task always asks who, if anyone, should be told:
On the Events overview, the bell button on an event reminds everyone who hasn't answered yet — one click, no further choices.
On the Tasks overview, the reminder button opens a small popup with two independent choices: whether to remind about just that one task or every still-open task of the same event, and whether to remind everyone eligible or only members who haven't taken a task yet. A checkbox lets you skip members who declined the associated event — members who simply haven't answered yet are always included regardless of that checkbox, since they're exactly who a reminder is for.
Every member decides for themselves which of the four categories they actually want to receive, per account they're signed into — turning one off means they simply won't get that category at all, neither as a push nor in their in-app notification list. They can change this either in the Mozzy app itself (More › their account › Notifications) or from their own Backstage profile page.
