A photo album on your website is really just a folder in your media library — there's no separate "album" screen to learn. Here's exactly how to add one.
Open the page with your Photo gallery section under Frontstage content, and check which folder that section is set to (a dropdown labelled "Folder holding the albums"). By default, this is a folder simply called gallery.
Go to Frontstage files, open that same folder, and create a new subfolder inside it — name it after the album, e.g. "Spring Concert 2026" or "Rehearsal weekend". This subfolder is what will show up as one album on your website.
Open the new subfolder and upload your photos into it, exactly like uploading anywhere else in Frontstage files. As soon as it contains at least one photo, the album appears on your website — its cover is simply the first photo, and its title is the subfolder's name.
Nothing extra to configure — a Photo gallery section already shows every subfolder inside its chosen folder as its own album, side by side. Repeat step 2 and 3 as many times as you like (one subfolder per album) and they'll all appear automatically, without touching the section itself again.
You don't have to upload copies of photos that already live somewhere else. If your albums are already on Flickr, add a Flickr albums section instead and link to them directly — up to 3 albums, each with its own URL and label. For video, a YouTube videos section embeds up to 4 clips the same way. Both are separate section types from Photo gallery (see Frontstage content for every section type), so you can mix and match: a Photo gallery of directly-uploaded photos on one page, and a Flickr or YouTube section on another.
