Under Account in the Backstage, you see everything about your subscription — separate from Site settings, since this is about billing and plan, not branding or content.
- Current plan — your tier (Start, Plus or Ultra), price, and whether the Mozzy companion app is included.
- Domain name — free subdomain, your own existing domain, or a domain we manage for you (that last option carries a yearly surcharge, already included in your total price).
- Active since & next renewal — when your current year started and when it renews automatically.
- Payment method — how your subscription is currently paid (e.g. direct debit, credit card, Bancontact).
- Usage — members, sheet music and storage used, each shown against your plan's limit.
Changing plan — two columns
The section is deliberately split into two, each with a different effect:
- Change right now (green box) — upgrading to a more expensive plan only, taking effect immediately. You pay the new plan's normal price, minus the unused value of your current plan, and your subscription is immediately valid for a full year again.
- From your next renewal (outlined box) — choose what happens on your next renewal date: a different plan (including a cheaper one — downgrading is self-service here, online, no need to contact us), just renewing as-is, or canceling. None of this is charged now.
Automatic payment & paying ahead
Your renewal is charged automatically via your linked payment method on the date shown — nothing to do on your end. Prefer not to wait for that? At the bottom of "From your next renewal" you'll find Pay now for next year: this immediately pays your next year (at whichever plan applies by then, if you've already changed it) and moves your renewal date a year forward.
Invoices
Every successful charge (first payment, yearly renewal, upgrade or prepayment) appears in the Invoices list on this page, each with a download button that opens a printable invoice (save it as a PDF from your browser).
Features marked Plus and up or Ultra elsewhere in this manual become available as soon as an upgrade takes effect — no separate setup needed.
